1. What exactly does a Mindset & Action Coach do?
I help men get out of their own head and into consistent action. We dig into what’s holding you back mentally and practically, then build structure, discipline, and emotional control so you can follow through on what you say you want.
2. Who’s this coaching for?
Men who feel stuck, overthink too much, or have lost confidence and direction in business, sport, or personal life. Most of my clients are driven blokes who’ve hit a plateau and want clarity, accountability, and tools to get moving again.
3. Is this therapy or counselling?
No. This is coaching, not therapy. We focus on forward movement, ownership, habits, and mindset structure. If someone needs mental health support, I’ll always recommend professional help alongside coaching.
4. How does the coaching work?
We start with a Clarity Call to unpack where you’re at and what you want. From there, we work 1:1 online or in person through a tailored plan that mixes mindset tools, weekly accountability, and practical action steps. You’ll always know exactly what to focus on each week.
5. What kind of results can I expect?
I never promise results — that’s on you. What I guarantee is full support, structure, and honest accountability. Most men I work with build stronger routines, clearer focus, better emotional control, and more confidence in decision-making within weeks.
6. How long does it take to see change?
It depends how honest and consistent you are. Many clients notice shifts in mindset and behaviour after a few sessions. Real, lasting change usually comes from committing to at least 8–12 weeks of focused work.
7. Do you work with business owners or athletes?
Yes. A big part of my work is with business owners, ex-athletes, and high performers who’ve lost their spark. We focus on rebuilding mindset, confidence, and structure so they can lead, perform, and live with more purpose again.
8. What if I’m not sure coaching is for me?

10. How much does coaching cost?
Coaching with me isn’t charged by the hour — it’s a full programme built for lasting results, not quick fixes.
If you want to be part of the group coaching programme, it’s between £25–£35 per week on a 12-month plan.
This gives you weekly coaching, community, accountability, and ongoing mindset support.
For 1:1 coaching, prices start from £1,997–£2,500 for a 12–16 week programme. It’s intensive, personal, and designed to create real shifts in confidence, habits, and direction.
